im trying to lose about 10 pounds and i just cant.. its hard for me to stay on a diet and not eat junk foods and when i do exercises.. nothing happens-- im 120 if that helps? can anyone please tell me ways to stay on a diet!! thanks in advance-- i rate well (link)

Try doing some different excersizes, like jogging long distances instead of things like crunches. Just think of what you could look like every time you pick up that box of oreos .. good luck
