yes, they would most likley be a good pet if you have the time and energy to take care of it.. it also depends on where you live, if you live in he city, its nota great idea, if you live in the country, its a great idea!! but dont put 2 roosters together, they'll fight and prolly kill each other! so get a female, so she can make more eggs to eat for breakfast and shes less likley to fight with another chicken than a male... good luck and Hope i helped! if ya need anything else drop it in the inbox!!
