is it alright to wear a tampon during cheer practice?...are tampons supposed to stick out like 2 centimeters?...and well i was @ cheer practice, and we were doin jumping jacks..and after wards..i didnt fil it in me any more!..and i found out that i was juss layin in my panties!..can u help?!

Yeah, it's probably the best thing to wear for cheer practice. But they're not supposed to stick out at all, except for the string. If you could feel it + it was sticking out, you probably had it in wrong. Just look at the instructions in the box next time you use one, + make sure it's all the way in, and it should be just fine =)
