is it alright to wear a tampon during cheer practice?...are tampons supposed to stick out like 2 centimeters?...and well i was @ cheer practice, and we were doin jumping jacks..and after wards..i didnt fil it in me any more!..and i found out that i was juss layin in my panties!..can u help?! (link)

Hmm, that never happened to me before, and I cheered for 4 years in highschool. Tampons are not suppose to stick out at all. I don't think you had it in correctly. Are you putting the applicator all the way in you up till the finger grip spot? Then are you keeping it in and pushing the other tubing up? If so I don't know why yours sticks out 2 centimeters. It could of been filled up with blood already and it slid out because it was full. I'm not quiet so sure. Maybe you should try it again and make sure its not sticking out at all. Hope I helped!
