is it alright to wear a tampon during cheer practice?...are tampons supposed to stick out like 2 centimeters?...and well i was @ cheer practice, and we were doin jumping jacks..and after wards..i didnt fil it in me any more!..and i found out that i was juss layin in my panties!..can u help?! (link)

aww...heres what happened...u didnt put it in all the way...you have to make sure u get the WHOLE aplicator in there...and then u push it up and make sure it is WAY in there...it isnt supposed to stick out at all...and if u do let it stick out then it will fall out...
and yeah u can wear tampons wen doing any physical activity...they are comfortable and great leak protectors...so yeah its fine
