hey everyone .. my name is casey .. ive been at this advice stuff for a pretty long time .. i have brown hair and blue eyes and im pretty outgoing .. I love dancing and being crazy and laughing .. i recently lost my aunt who was my biggest hero and i lost her on christmas .. she was a great person and i hope i can be who she was one day .. ive tried many different sports .. ive done cheerleading, field hockey and volleyball unfortunatly i always going hurt in these sports which prevented me from doing them any longer ..

okay i always get hungary and i always end up chosing sweets or salty things to eat...is there sumthing more healthier and that will hold longer bcuz i knoe salads r healthy but i mean you get hungry like 10 minutes later.

what i LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!! is chicken ceasar salads. they fill you up! what you put in it is lettuce, maybe carrots and grilled chicken with that non carb italian dressing. i lived on that for weeks and i didnt gain any weight and its healthy cuz your getting your protein and vegetables. good luck
