i get scared easily during storms...normally i hide in closets...is there anything i can do to overcome this?

Dear Scared of Storms,
You need to come out of the closet and face your fear! Let me analyze your problem. Normally, people fear storms because of it's loud booming sound. If you want to over come your fear, stay away from closets! Hiding never solves anything, cause sooner or later, you're gonna have to face it. Don't worry, you'll out-grow this fear sooner or later once you find out how storms develop.
