My BESTfriend.. Let's call her *Liza. She is anorexic, i didn't know this before.. i just thought she was super skinny. But she left her diary over my house, and i just read some of it. She's been anorexic for almost two years, it's crazy. She doesn't know that i know yet.. so i'm scared to try and help her! Do you have any ideas on how i can tell her that i know and try to get her to stop. Cause i'm soo scared that something bad is gonna happen to her, Please, pretty please.. someone help me. Thank you so much, sorry it's so long.

Hi. i understand how you feel about helping your friend...have her over and just talk to her straight up about it and that she needs to get it cured...she might be mad at you for reading her diary but its better having her being mad at you then her dying in front of you yah kno? tell her that! and how you feel and how much you want to help her and i'm sure she'll understand your trying to help. let her parents kno too after you've talked to her and all of you can help her...and make sure he's alright. need anything else contact me...i'm forever here to help!
