what would be a good healthy lunch for me to eat while i'm at home?? i'm trying to lose some weight and keep healthy. thanks so much!! (link)

If u want to loose weight, it's very simple. All u must do is eat yogurt and any other kind of less fattening dairy products, and drink A LOT of water. Also, to lead up with ur diet, do crunches every night (but make sure u only g as far as u can, don't push, and keep ur head looking up at the ceiling so there's no hurting urself) and maybe a few push ups if u can;-) if u can't, don't worry, alot of girls aren't able to do them too well, but with practice, u can! Just stay safe and don't strain, u'll loose in in just a few weeks!
