Ok, can anybody tell me some good exercises for toning and strengthening my inner thighs and my calf muscles? Also, do you know any good excersises to make your tummy smaller? Mine is not too big, but it's popping out and I wanna get rid of it before it's too late...but I don't wanna look like a man either.
