hi my hair is short[above my shoulders] and i want to grow it to maybe a couple of inches past, i was hoping for at least almost an inch past my shoulders by the time school starts in september..does anyone have any tips to help my hair grow faster? (link)

ok this is wut u need to do...make sure like at night or in the morning or whenever (but not at lunch or like around friends lol might get scary) SCRATCh your scalp really good...or when you shower buy really good shampoos..ask your hairstylist about it and also brushing your hair 100 times a night that really will help also there are pills that will help your hair grow..but i doubt it will work so..yea dont do that but neways hope i helped! rate me! and make sure to add me as your fav. columnist
