Q: ok i had this bf that i was going out with for 6 months last feburary. and we broke up because he had to move. he moved to pa. and im best friends with his brother his sister and him still... and we all see each other a lot. i have had 6 bfs this year and none of them lasted more then 2 weeks i ended up ending them all. i still have all my exs notes.[the one i was dating for 6 months] and i still have everything that happend with us. its been over a year. and i really want to be able to date again. with out comparing my other bfs to him. he was the only one i ever loved. and i still love him a lot. and i kno i will always love him but im not sure what to do.

Sweetie, I went through the same thing this year. There's a statement from a song that I compared to my feelings towards him, and I figured out that I was doing exactly what the statement meant. "Holding on to feel the same." I think you're holding on to the memory of him because you want to feel the same way you did when you were with him. And I also think that you're not letting in other guys because you believe that they can't make you feel as good as he did. It's not an unusual problem, don't worry. You might have to go to the sorce with this one. Tell your ex how you feel. Maybe he'll support you and try to figure out a way to help. But I strongly believe that you have to bring it up with him to move on.

So, I decided to start this up again after having it idlized for over 2 years. I would have made a new site, except I really like the name that I had. So yeah. Here I am now. A.Good.Lie is back.

I'm a cosmetology major. I love art. And music. And..yeah...
