I'm 16 and a bruised member of the Sun Valley guard. I like rock climbing, camping, white water rafting, pretty much anything to do with the outside. Most of the time I'm at school, the rest I'm at guard or with the friends. I have a little brother that's 13, we pretend like we don't like each other, but really we're pretty tight. I tend to be my friends soundboard, so if you want someone to listen or if you want advice, talk to me! Signing out, Em'lee

Ever heard of pilates? It's pretty hard when you first start, but after you get going it gets really easy. The work out is basically a mix between aerobics and yoga. Works the stomach, legs, lower back, pretty much everything in one work out. Plus it will help your endurance so you can play sports and run longer. You can get tapes for it at stores like Media Play and FYE, or pretty much any book store in your area. If you want an online version try:

By the way, if your planning on starting sports my advice is to make sure you have the time, and remember to drink a lot of water (hehe). Also no matter how hard it gets stick with it, everything is hard to begin with, but it will get easier!
Hope I helped, Em'lee
