Hm...that's a tough one. What I usually do when I want to lose weight quickly is I would only eat vegtables for a day, and then that night I would wear heavier clothes to sleep, and that way I would sweat while I was sleeping. As you know, sweating is one of the only ways to get weight out. But those methods are drastic. Probably a little too drastic for you, because I needed to lose weight by the next day or so, but you have a little over a month! So I suggest jogging, running, swimming, anything with physical activity. And you probably only have to do a little a day, depending on how much you desire to lose. But remember, you have a month, so don't go crazy.
