advice

i wrote to you a while back cuz i weighed 145 and only just turned 11. now im 137 but i didnt diet that much so i was wondering if this would be a good diet.

eat a bowl of rasin brand 4 breakfast w/ bananas
eat a salad 4 lunch & water
eat whatever my mom cooks 4 din ( i can't choose)
and run in the afternoons
and no snacks
and i only am aloud to eat non healthy foods on a special occasions like christmas or birthdays.

is that good and if you have some add ons i would really like that.

Yes, that is a very good start for a diet, and congratulations on losing 8 pds in about a week! Thats very good. Now that you are sort of getting used to the diet, it will be much easier to stay on it. Running in the afternoons is helping you alot. Keep it up!
