im 11 and i way 110 puonds. its really hard for me to keep up a normal body wait especially in the summer. all my friends are skinny and ive been really self concious lately. is there any way that i can loose10 or 15 pounds by september??

well first of you can start to eat healthy and excersize...you can do crunches (yea they really do work) and push-ups for your arms...you can run and go to the gym! also for the eating healthy part, you have to eat! so dont try starving yourself! it DOESNOT work! so im sure you dont need to loose any weight and that you are beautiful and perfect just the way you are but if you want to do this...GOOD LUCK! and tell me if i can help you in any other way!!!
