i'm 13 and i weigh 126 lbs. i think that's WAY too much for my age. i don't look fat at all but this past year people at school have been saying that i'm really fat. what should i do? what are some good ways to loose weight?

This is exactly what I tell everyone with losing weight issues. Dont stop eating because it makes your body think you wont eat for a while and makes enery stores *the nasty fat on your thighs, arms, and stomach* You need to eat healthy food and cut back on the sweets and SODA! If you stopped completely drinking soda for a year, you would lose about 20 pounds. Excercise is also an AwEsOmE way to lose weight. You could run, dance, do yoga or pilates, lift weights, jazzercise, or even do karate. Just have fun with what you do! Good luck losing those pounds! =)
