Q: ok im 14 and going to be a freshman. i really like this guy still that i went out w/ for 4 months (which is a loooong time for me) at the beging of last year. i broke up w/ him cause i found this other guy who i thought i loved he ended up screwing me over, but anyway i hurt this guy a lot when i broke up w/ him. we couldnt even talk to each other for like 3 months. now we r really close friends and we have recently admitted we like each other still. but i dont know if i should go out w/ him because... well... im afraid im going to hurt him again. i have a problem w/ comitment i guess.

heres what my friend says:
When you get your period first you will have a clear discharge it will get heavier as your period approaches sometimes you will feel stomache cramps and when you go to the bathroom your period will have come you should make sure you carry pads and or tampons to use and make sure you change them regularly Ibuprofin (aka advil) will help with cramps
