Im 20 years old, I have faced many obstacles and problems that I have had to go through alone with no help and the help I recieved wasn't ever any good. I have faced women problems, friends moving, suicide, killings, deaths, car accidents, sibling rivals, fighting, weird hobbies, my best friends being raped. I have been through a little of everything and I was the one many of them turned to so I like to help out.

Hobbies: I do a lot of work in recording studios, and video/editing studios so I know film pretty well. I am a director/producer. Thats what I am in school for, to further my knowledge of set production for I am a pre production wizard. I read a lot so I have knowledge. And more.

Education: I graduated at the top 15 percent of my class in high school which was college prep, and right now im in my 3rd year od college. I have an AA degree in media arts, a 6 month screen writing certificate from NYFA. I am 11 months from my BA in FILM and HDTV, and I am a semester away from an International Business Degree.

SO if you have any questions im polite and easy to talk with and you can ask me any question you have, I will be honest no matter what.

I've been married for almost 7 years and have one child who is almost 5. I'm 35, female, and I hate my body. I had a round belly when I got married, but now, in addition to that, I have this roll around my middle, and no waist. I have a hard time following strict diets that involve a lot of restrictions and strenuous exercise. I also have cellulite on my thighs, but I mostly want to get rid of the excess flab around my waist and tummy. Also, I think I might be pregnant because I've been feeling dizzy and nauseous for weeks. I've taken two tests, but they came back negative because I think I took them too early. I forgot how many weeks it's been since I stopped my birth control. I'm going to take another test in another week. Is there a diet that is safe to do during pregnancy? I know this is a lot of info, but if anybody can help me, I would really appreciate it. If I am pregnant, I'm afraid of gaining even more weight during my pregnancy. Help! (link)
Sure, well wait till next friday to take the pregnancy test lets start there. Now your looking to lose weight without diet, there are many plans for you to follow such as e-carb or slim fast. They do work with exercise and they aren't strict but there are regulations you must follow for them to work fast and properly. Now something that is not strenous would be swimming and walking. Plus if your pregnaut the swimming or water aerobic will help you stay in shape and could make the pregnancy/labor a bit easier. So Try a simple diet and swimming. From my experience I used to swim 2 miles a day=132 laps, and within 2 months I lost 35 pounds. But I was on a small diet, like light lunch and breakfast (fruits) no coke. Thats all it took. so I hope this helped and it works for you what ever you try,

You gave great advice, and were polite, but unfortunately, I don't have access to a pool except occasionally when I go to my parents home. Thanks anyway!
