maybe you're right, it's just that he's in so much pain as it is, because of his previous relationship and because he has a depression... i know that going out with me right now might make him feel better for a while, but if something goes wrong, he'll be hurt again and i don't want that. and what if he says no, because i rejected him earlier? i don't think i'll be able to hang out with him after that.
