wow thank you so much! Its really nice to hear an answer from someone who doesnt know either of us. My problem is, he's done so much bad stuff, but I STILL cant seem to have it sink it to RUN away!!! He's bad news (for many different things) and I know all this....I mean if someone would tell me that they had a boyfriend that did all this to them, Id say "are u crazy? why the heck would u wanna be with that dude?!?!" Why cant I get to the "cutting all ties" point? I usd to have standards for myself....where did they go???

He is very compromising, he would do most things I would like him to try and I would do the same for him, which makes it hard to figure if I should stay with him... he is content with the way things are going, I am too.. I am just wondering if there is someone better. I havn't found anyone else at all, so hmmm.. as you said: it must be my 'restless spirit'

Well today he told me it would be best for me if we was just friends; and I told him if that was what he wanted than so be it; but if hes only doing it for my best interest dont bother because I don't care whats best for me, I want him, and Im willing to wait for him and stay by his side as just "talkin" until he is fully ready. And all he said was ok. Hes very short with me, always has been. So I didn't talk to him for the rest of the day; than I get to work, and he blows my phone up saying "I really needed a friend right now, but you wont talk to me. So Im done with you, lose my number" and the only reason why I didn't text back was because I was at work, and I can't just pull out my phone and text him as soon as he texts me or I'll get written up. I explained that to him, and he has just ignored me. When its all about him is when he wants to talk, but if I ever NEED anything, advice, someone to cheer me up, he always ignores me. Idk.

This makes a lot of sense to me and I thank you for this insightful and heartfelt advice. looking at it like that and understanding the reasons takes the pressure off. Yes, this is what I will do. Nothing about this requires any big hurry and it will help me relax and write it down...so simple yet, so true. I am so glad you answered, you really helped. Thx.

well I know that,but I can't date anyone unless I really am in love.So I can't just date a hundred people at my age because I don't fall in love easily,and I fall out of love even harder.Besides all this I talked to him and he doesn't want us to break up no matter the situation.We can definitely handle it.There are always exceptions.

Yeah. He IS a big brother. I guess he's supposed to be like that, especially since my parents are separated, we don't have a fatherly figure. He makes up for it.
