Thank you very much for you advice. I've had cold sores since I could remember. I know my mom use to get them alot, and before I even kissed a boy, I got them too; the doctor told me it was from cold weather. When I became sexually active, I went four years without it, and during those four years, I got checked for STD's about 8 times, because the dr told me you never know when it will show up, so after 4 years, the doctor finally told me I was clean. I have no signs of STDS and my cold sore wasn't an std, it was herpes, but not the std herpes.

actually the rough start has to do with me my last relationship was 4 years and he was abusive everyone is just afraid that i will fall into this pattern again even though it was my bf that helped me leave it

I think that might be why we work so well, bc we don't have that label neither of us are freaking out, feeling stuck, you know? As far as everyone sees, everyone just assumes we're together, even his friends that I'm meeting for the first time, are like "oh this is shawn's girlfriend, veronica." but as far as him and I, neither of us even acknowledge when people say stuff like that, we act like we didn't hear it, but it's obvious on both of our faces that we always do, we both temporarily freak out inside.
