Yes it's marijuana and I have not been arrested for it and further more judging someone based on if they smoke pot..is definitely something a female doctor who claims to try to help people isn't worth listening too...thanks but no thanks on the advice. Good day mam

He doesn't drink anymore hasn't drank since 2009. But back in the early 80's him and his brother drank like fishes. I've already asked one attorney regarding responsibility issues regarding any accidents he might have if I'll have to pay if he gets into an accident. He said no but thats it. We were married in El Dorado County CA on Oct 3 1997 in South Lake Tahoe and of course I paid for all of it. The only time he used his adoptive real name is when our son was born in 1996, after that he used his non-legal biological name. Which there are no records under that last name of any kind.
