(Rating: 5) I got banned because i wasn't 13 yet and i lied when i signed up here so I am sorry about it taking so long to tell you this, but YOU REAALLLY helped me! I was going to run away from home with this guy who was older than me that i met on facebook and because of what you said I didn't go! the guy raped another girl he met on facebook and he wasn't 16 like he said he was 28! YOU saved me from being raped because i already had clothes in my backpack when i wrote this and had told him to meet me after school so i could be with him. THANK YOU!

(Rating: 5) Though I did already know most of it due to years of therapy it was very beneficial to hear it put in a different way. Because of my specific disorders my therapist focuses more on dbt than cbt but I think I'll mention cbt. It sounds helpful. Thank you so much :)
