Ok, I'm 13 and I get really bad depression. I've had it for like over a year now. I forgot what its like to actually have true happiness. And I know most teens go throug this, but mines pretty severe. Like I never want to do anything anymore, I just dont care, I hate life, And most of the time I just feel like dieing. And like ver since I got it, its screwed up my life. I lost all my friends and havent really had any in like a year. It seems easy when people just say "start making new friends" or "find an activity you like doing" or try to be happy or whatever, but its so hard. I don't know what to do about my depression. well hey we got sumthing in comun...what I did to get rid of it was write down my true feelings in like this book but I did poetry and it really helped but I went through this like black age thing man it was bad but once I wrote it helped me get everything out and just make me seriously feel better...and well if you have no friend right now try making friends that are going through what your going or find another friend that has no one with them and start like a lil group making it bigger...you'll see you'll be happy in no time

2 nights ago i went to the mall with my boyfriend and my mom let me go with just him and she was happy because "for once i told her the truth and she trusted me". she just told me i couldnt go outside. but that was what me and my bf were planning to do all along, just sit out and get some air and everything. so it was going fine and we ended up going outside and had an awesome time. but i had gotten some grass and stuff on my shirt and my mom noticed. she asked if i went outside, and i told her no. tonight she told me she knew and wa yelling at me and said that i lost her trust and i am not going to be allowed to do anything for a while. i cant use the pc, phone, and she said untill i regain her trust i wont be going anywhere like that again. so for one thing, i have no contact with him. 2, i cant stand my mom i am not going to listen to her if i did i would have no fun in my screwed up life 3, everything is hard enough already and she makes everything worse. i am so messed up and i am ready to just run away or die or something. i dont know what to do, and i cant stand anyone. help me (link)

um well first try to talk to your mom and tell her why you went out side and how you feel...just try to be calm around your mom and just have a talk with her...try to gain back her confidence and explain why you went outside like say we got bored and chose to go out or sumthing you know...
