Having sex when your sick does not harm the baby or deform it in anyway. Unless you are having sex with a closely related person e.g brother etc. All sicknesses e.g cold etc. will not harm the baby in any way as your body will not transfer it to the baby. Excersize as much as you can every single session of excersizing should atleast run for half an hour or so. DO NOT EXCERSIZE BEFORE BED as this can cause drowziness and sometimes fatal faints. Exzersize and watch the food you are eating and start a healthy diet which you can maintain and it TASTY!! :D

Okay, I'm 16, female. Today, me and my boyfriend had sex for the first time. I've had sex once before but it was almost a year ago. After we had sex, I was bleeding a little bit. when I got home later, there was a very little bit of blood in my underwear. but when i checked myself, it was a little red, but there was no signs bleeding.
