Okay, I missed my period last month and this month.
I really crave pickles with bagels & cream cheese, pickles and chocolate, pickles and crunchy peanut butter, and soda. And I HATE PICKLES!...
Also ..I weighed like 132 a few weeks ago and now Im like 150...wtf????
I dont know..I took 2 home tests.. but they were only $1.39...and they were really cheap...But they were (-)...My health ins hasnt kicked in so i cant goto the doctor. plus my family would kill me...
what do u think/

Dear am i pregnant,
Some people just have off months, and plus you can go to a doctor by yourself and ask them to check to see if you are pregnant, you can keep it confidential if you ask the doctor to. Or just buy a better pregnancy test. And maybe you're just going through a weight change it happens to me alot too. I weighed 120 one week and the next i was at 135 and then it goes back down. So just wait another week, take another pregnancy test and if you're still worried go to a doctor. And plus if you are your family will find out about it sooner or later, plus you don't want to be in this alone, your family will stick right beside you no matter what the problem is.

ok so i just tried to put in a tampon for the very first time (well i tried like 5 months ago and i couldnt do it) and when i was trying to push it in it wouldnt go in! i dont know if im putting it in the right spot or i just dont know anything. i dont get it. i tried reading the directions and they make sense i just cant get past step one (putting the aplicator in) cause i dont know where to put it in! and im so sick of wearing pads cause they always stick to me in school and when i wear them during sports and stuff its soo annoying and i cant go in water or anything when i get my period. anyway, does anyone know what im doing wrong or where exactly to insert the applicator (tampon) any advice will do!

Dear tampon troubles,
try standing and putting it in, and make sure you're not putting it in exactly straight make sure you put it in, in a very slight angle. Make sure you're using the right size because some girls are just a little more petit.

I got my hair cut really short, about as short as the hair in the middle picture right here:

I have very thick black hair.
I'm trying to get it to cup in towards my face, like the middle pic, but I go to sleep and it falls out of shape in the morning completely. Whenever I go to sleep, my hair always gets completely messed up. It always gets contorted in all different directions and it takes me an hour to get it back the way it was the night before.
So I tried flipping the edge out, like in the picture on the right....and it still comes out in the morning.
I've tried everything- I've tried blow-drying it on rollers, a curling iron....my hair still looks all screwed up in the morning. Weird thing is....when I got it cut, the hairdresser just blow-dried it and it DIDN'T fall apart in the morning.
Does anyone know what I can do so my hair won't fall apart in the morning?

Dear Short hair issues,
No worries just buy some moosse and use it when your hair is wet and then take a curling iron and make it cup towards your face and once you get it the way you want it hairspray it.

Don't worry, it'll come eventually, and you'll know when you want it and when the time is right. But almost everyone thinks about sex no worries, especially guys, and alot of girls too they just wont admit it. But trust me on this if you take your time, and wait for someone to cross your path, you'll get everything you want and disserve.
And no you are not screwed up.

Find a good book, if you have a guitar play it. I also keep a journal and write about my day in it, which keeps me busy for an hour, which sometimes gets me thinking about what is kinda going on in my life. But you could also paint, draw. Holidays are coming up, do some chirstmas shopping or make home made gifts or bake. Your could also pick up knitting or something.

Well if you're allowed to bring a snowboard try that, plus i highly doubt you're going to be the only one who doesn't know how to ski. Plus depending on if you're a guy or a girl. If your a girl, it'll be a great chance to find a guy you currently have a crush on to teach you how to ski. ;). and remember just have fun!

alright im a freshman. theres a guy who sits next to me in computer. and hes not the whole "ooh romantic" guy. hes funny in the not too talkative way. if u get what i mean. hes a sophomore, were just friends i guess. I'm kind of starting to like him. how should i act to get him to like me in "that" way. Don't tell me to be who I am. that doesnt help at all. A really good way to kind of grasp a guyz attention is to wear a perfume so that when you walk by him it catches his attention, such as a vanilla. Or spend an extra couple of minutes on your hair. Start talking about him and what he's into. Plus the holidays are up. Make him a card and put a couple of peices of candy in it wishing him a Happy Holidays and put ur name and number where you sign and see if he calls.

If you are dizzy and what not you might want to get a test. But as far as thatfeeling in your stomach your probably just been thinking about alot and you may subconciously be thinking about it alot and it may be making you ill. Although it still wouldn't hurt to get a test from the drug store.

You might want to get that checked out by a doctor. It may be regular herpes or Cold Soars, which is another form of herpes but not as bad. But you still might want to get it checked, even though it's embaressing it needs to be done.

I may not be but i can put myself in your point of view. I hang out with a ton of guyz, and most of my friends are guyz, so I hear stuff like this all the time so please don't ignore my advice.
Yes when guyz see girls then normally do notice what they look like and also pay attention the females figure.
Yes trust me guyz notice, because when i spend a little extra time on my hair or what wear guyz give me compliments all the time, so yeah they do notice.

im in a group and i have my best friend there too and shes becoming close with the rest of my group.. which isnt a bad thing. but at the same time i feel like im losing her. we still are close but i also feel like im becoming her second choice. i would talk to her about it and have no problem talking to her but i know what she will say.

This will deffinetly work, take some rubbing alcohol. Put it on a cotton ball and rub it over the infected areas, it'll dry it up and it'll go away. Just be careful if you have any cuts or anything it will sting, but it's worth it.
