I used to be the real skinney girl like 3 months ago. I gained 15 pounds and went from a size 3 to a 7. I eat perfect im always outside runnin or sumfin and I work out. How could that all happen so fast? I hate it, its summer and I look gross in my swim suit I usually live at the pool but I doubt ill be goin much anymore :(. Is there anything like sickness or anything that could do that, although that may sound stupid as hell lol. But I eat very good and exercise a lot and its not muscle, my mom doesn’t know either. it shouldnt be good to get this much bigger that quick. (link)
First i want to tell you shouldn't be ashamed of how you look. Be who you are and wear it proudly, there is nothing sexier than confidence, ask any guy you know!
Now for your problem, when are you eating? Don't eat right before your down time.
Also what are you drinking? You'd be amazed at what soft drinks can do to your weight! Switching to water alone can result in up to a lose of 5lbs in two weeks!
If nothing you do helps, ask your doctor! that's their job, give them some business.


how much weight would I lose WITHOUT replacing it with muscle in 4 weeks?? I am going swimming with all my grade in 4 weeks and i really really wanna lose some weight! I am planning on doing AT LEAST 10-15 minutes of Cardio everyday (keep in mind i also have to study for exams, and work, so please dont tell me I have to work more) so yeah do you think I'm gunna do good?? Im REALLY working to target me inner thighs, can I tone those in 4 weeks?? Thanks :)

Tips for losing weight the healthy way.
*Drink water-stay away from sodas, energy drinks, diet drinks, etc. STAY AWAY FROM CAFFINE!
*switch the starches for a fruit or vegetable
*stand on your tippy toes when your brushing your teeth.
*Take the stairs
*tap your foot in class
*sing to your favorite songs in the car
*dance when your getting ready in the morning
The real thing to do is to just stay active all day long. Even when your studying your body can be doing something. You'd be amazed at how far a little movement can take you!


My hair is medium lenght and it is dark brown. All of my friends say i should get one but i dont know what kinds are out there and what if after five or sixs mounths i dont want it anymore what do i do? Also do i have to do a lot with my hair in the mornings? dose it hurt to get a perm? (link)
I'm the go-to girl for perms. I've been getting them for three years now.
Like you my hair is dark-brown, and medium lenth. Another charactiistic that should be taken into consideration is type. If your hair is fine, you may not want to try getting a perm. Alot of times the hair wont hold it.
Another thing is what type of curls you want. I like ringlets. So i get a spiral perms, with the largest rods. If your not into that, just go to a salon, they'll help you decide.
If you decided to get a perm heres all you have to do to care for it.
For the first few weeks the curls will be tighter than you wanted, but that fades quickly, SO DON"T PANIC!!!
Also, don't wash your hair for 24hrs, and only use conditioner the second day.
As far as every management. All you need to do is wash it and use condioner every day. I suggest only brushing your hair when you have condioner in it. It lessens brakage, and if you brush your hair when it's damp or dry it frizzes.
All you have to do when you get out of the shower is use a little mouse, and a dab of lite get, and scrunch with a towel. if its humid out, spray a little hairsray on it. NOT alot! Just enough to seal the shine.
After that, try not to touch or style it until it's Dry.
I know this seems like a lot, but it's very easy to take care of! It takes me all of 5 mins to due my hair!

i've always had this really bad habit of thriving over the past. and i've been going through a really long period of depression. sometimes i'd get happy, but only for a few hours at a time. then i'd rememeber something and go back to being upset. i've started several other bad habits to get stress out of my way: drinking, smoking, cutting, etc. im not saying i wanna quit any of these new habits, but i wanna learn to get over the past. i wanna move on. because im tearing up my relationship with my boyfriend, M.

see, before we started going out, back when he and i just liked eachother, we were really close friends. id go over to his house, like, once a week or something and he, my friend, B, and his other friend, A, would all watch a movie or two. i was the only girl in this, so keep that in mind. anyways, well M had been trying to ask me out for a while. and i'd always say no because i didnt wanna mess up our friendship. then as soon as i was about to go out with him, B said that he did something really bad. and he wouldnt tell me what it was because he promised M he wouldnt. but i still wanted to know! so i kept pushing him and pushing him and finally he told me. but he made me swear not to tell M.

at first i thought he was lying because B and i used to go out then he dumped me. and then he started liking me again. so for a while there i was torn between he and M. and he also said he wouldnt like it if me and M went out.

but then about a week after that i told M that i needed to ask him if it really happened, and at first he made it sound like B had lied. but then he told me it really DID happen, i just wasnt supposed to know. course that made me feel like shit. but i got really depressed after that...and i still am. and this happened about 3 or 4 months ago!

can someone give me some advice on how to get over this? whenever i go to M's house, everything over there reminds me of the past and then i get a mixture of mad and sad and it wont go away! he keeps asking me if im ok and i keep having to lie because i dont wanna sound like im obsessed about this, but i am. how do i just get over it and move on?????? *sorry this is so long...but it was a long story. and advice is appreciated.* (link)
First I want to tell you that you can't solve these problems by hurting yourself. Your only substituting one type of pain for another. I've been down some of those roads, their dead ends. Sometimes their the end all together. I know it's not easy, nothing worth while ever is, but you need to try and stop doing them. You just might like life a little better without them.

Secondly, moving on is always difficult. It's human nature to try and hide our problems. It's just easier to say, I'll deal with it tomorrow. All your really doing is worrying about it today. We fear change, and that's what solving a problem brings about.
I don't what it is that your boyfriend did, but you have to find a way to forgive him. If you don't there is no future there.
The way to do that is to talk to him. Don't yell, don't accuse, and don't judge. Calmly tell him how you feel. More importantly listen to him. You need to hear it, and try to understand it. That's the only way you'll ever be able to figive him.
And more importantly give it time, no problem can be soved overnight. Take it a step at a time.
Remember forgiveness is the only road to the future, so start there, and before you know tomorrow will come.
