ok well.. i see myself as reele fat.. like idk i find it disgusting too.. and all my friends tell me im not fat and its not like im anerexic or nething.. im definitley not .. ill say im on a diet but then the next thing u no, ill b eating all the junk in the world.. if im not fat, im definitley chubby.. and maybe one thing thats convincing me im fat is even my own family is trying ta get throo to me i shood go on a diet cus i have gained weight.. idk wut ta do cus its as if im addicted ta food if ya no wut i mean.. but i mean, my friend even swore to me that im not fat and she always gets like pissed whenever i say i am.. idk.. do u have ne ideas on how to lose weight or something? anythingg.. thanks* (link)

hm, well someone i know went on weight watchers and it works because it tells you to eat certain food and each food=points. and you can only have a certain amount of points per day so then its limiting your eating and making it easier to not eat a lot everyday .. or you can do that yourself .. try not to eat even though im addicted to food too .. just eat healthier .. or be really active and jog,walk,run, w/e floats your boat ^_-
