I play field hockey and its preseason and i hurt my musucle under my ribs. first it was only the one but now it is both. what should i do? is it from running 1-4 miles a day? shouldi ask to take the day off of running or what? HELP PLEASEE (link)

well i think its because you run all the time after you are done running i think you should like strech alot because the same thing happened to me and stuff and i had it to just strech alot and it well feel better because you are working a musle that you are not used to working so its going to be sore
