Hey duuudes im 14 years old an im an outgoin kind of person and im a goofball and i dont really take n e thing seriously.. i luv rap and hip hop and a lil bit of punk rock but not a lot.. im a tomboy and i play sports, and im not into the whole girly girl thing but ya. Ok so i was wondering is it better to eat/drink dairy products when you're on a diet or not?

Also, im somewhat large chested, and i was wondering what can i do to keep from hurting when i run. I wear a sports bra sometimes but that doesn't help. Ive also tried it with a regular bra. But that doesnt help either..so does anyone know of anything i can do? its alwasy miserable the day after i run.

hmm im not sure what its called but its a soft thick material that u wrap around your belly when you exercise so try using this around your chest area.. sorry that i couldnt remember the name of it hopefully u will find it


I'm 13, 5 foot 9 and 166 pounds [All my weight is on my stomach].

I was wondering how much weight I could lose in a week if, every night I do 300 crunches, then on Tue. and Thurs. morning I swim and do about a 20 min dryland[Ab work, push-ups,jumping jacks, etc.]

Then on Monday Wensday and Friday I go in the morning and do weights for an hour.

But I also will swim for 2 hours every day in the afternoon plus more drylands and running[When we run, we run about a mile and a half] and such. I swim on a team so the swimming is hard swimming, not just laps.

But my question again is if I did that for a week, how much weight do you think I could lose at most. My goal is 7-10 pounds.

well if u keep that up and do that consistant u may lose more than wanted


i was 132 august this summer i am 160. ive never been this big ever and i feel so disgusting and have been crying the last 2 weeks. ive never had roles, ive never felt so unhappy. i know if gaiend this from not being energetic and being depressed but i need to lose weight fast. like alot i dont care if its not so healthy but i need to lose at least 20 by june, ive been trying hydroxycut but seriously i cant feel anything. help me, its a must i lose 20 by then

the worse thing to do is to become anorexic or bulimic, and you go with pill cuz sometimes they dont work but just cut down some fatty foods you might eat and replace them with veggys and fruit and do somemore physical activity

but dont worry just try your hardest in losing weight i hope this it helpful to u good luck

i have really big hips.my hips make me look a lot bigger than i actually am.is there any way to minimize the size of my hips?

having big hips can mean two things that u have big hip bones or your just thick in that area you just need to do leg exercises to lower the size of your hips/legs try laying down and doing bike peddles or even power walking
