Lately i have been becoming more and more agitated while I'm trying to go to sleep. Every little noise I hear keeps me up and even if there's a tiny light shining anywhere in my room it seems like I can almost feel it being on and I can't sleep. I don't know if this counts as insomnia or what but i need some help (link)

Try Melatonin. It is a food supplement. Take one or two before going to sleep. Sometimes it works within minutes. But there are times when you have to wait for 30 minutes.
