If you drink lots of water while you're on your period, will that increase you flow? decrease? Does it do anything?? I rate 5's for first 5 ppl who give decent answers (link)
Drinking water on your period will hydrate you more, and it will help it run smoothly.

my dad recently died and i cried a lot when it happened but the day after i didnt really cry but i think about it a lot. I was wondering if if it is wrong not to be crying and should be. (link)
Of course it is normal to cry! I haven't had anyone extremely close to me die, but I can imagine. If you think about your dad alot, and you think about it, you will possibly start to cry. Completely normal.

i was practicing with using tampons. ive never had my period before. i just wanted to know how to use them before my time comes. after i had used a few, i finally got the hang of it and completey inserted one. i pulled it out and it had bllod only on the tip. what is this? please help. (link)
What happened was maybe you started somehow, because it is possible, or maybe you stuck it up too far.
