when you wash your hair in the shower, make sure you nails are also being cleaned wi'll you wash you hair, don't dig your nails in you hair, just massage them so it gets some of the crap out.

Look on google, thats what I did, I found a cool site called alluc.org and they have a lot of good full-length movies on there for free! and you don't need to sign up or anything, you just pick a movie and watch it! But I don't think they have Thirteen on there, but try google, there are lots of sites! Hope this helped!

I'm a 28 A cup and the problem I'm having is that they don't seem to make 28 A's. I've found some 30 A's, which I can wear on the last hook, but If anyone knows where I might find a 28 A then that'd be great.
Also, I'm 5'1 maybe 5'2 and I weigh 107. but I want to lose 10 lbs at the least by the end of summer hopefully 17 if I can make it. I just want to know if this is possible? Please dont give me a meal plan though because I already have one thats been working for me. I just want some excercises that will tone my legs and arms, but please don't include running or swimming because lets face it thats torture for me and I wouldn't keep it up. As for my stomach, Will 200 crunches a day tone it and when will results appear? (its already flat with a little bit of muscle, but i want more lol).

They do sell 28 A, i have a few, keep looking, the place you went to maybe ran out or didnt have them. maybe try other stores, because I kno they're out there.

ive been trying to lose weight lately, so ive been eating about 1000-1500 calories a day. im 5'9 and not sure how much i weigh, but last i check was about 130. could i possibly skip my period or have a very light period from not eating enough for my body to function properly? (link)

sometimes when i wake up in the morning and look in the mirror i have blood all over my teeth and my lips are all brown because it's dried blood (cus i have to sleep with my mouth open cus im a severe allergy sufferer). I know that it's not chocolate or anything because i always brush my teeth at night and my teeth are fine. this has happened to me probably 5 times, once at a sleepover (!) which made me rush to the bathroom really quick before anyone else saw. does anyone have any advice as to how to stop this and does anyone have the slightest idea what it could be (and why) it's happening? thanks. you might be grinding your teeth, go see a doctor to get a mouthguard and more info. Or you might have very dry lips, which causes them to crack and bleed, use chap-stick to easily cure this. hope this helped!

first get tooth paste, not gel, paste. dab a little on the pimple and keep it there as long as you can. it should look more shrivled up after that. Then hopefully you or mom will have some coverup to put over it. Hope this helped!

Okay, the food im eating is honey mustard & onion pretzels. I really like this food, but it makes me burp. And when I do, it smells awful! You can laugh at this because i'm laughing as I type this so. I just need help on what to do! Should I stop eatin, especially since the bag is almost empty or keep eating them and buy more? YUM, I love those pretzels, they are always great for parties because everyone loves them! You can keep enjoying them just brush you teeth and use mouthwash afterward to get the nasty smell away. Also chewing minty gum helps! enjoy them, they taste delish!

hey im 15/m and i am trying to choose which girl i want to date.
1. this girl is a skateboarder just like me.
