ok so im 14 and i really want a boyfriend its not like i need one but all of my friends have had atleast one everyone tells me that i dont make it odvious enough so how do i make it odvious in a way that doesnt seem needy or pathetic i also want some advice on how to flirt not just generic stuff but really in depth please help!!!

Hey! I'd just be yourself and not worry about if your friends think you should have a bf or not. I wouldn't worry about making it that obvious you want one and flirting, because honestly that is kinda a turn off for sum people. Just be yourself, that way you get a guy actually interested in you for who you are!

My friend is trying to change the things i believe in. He's jewish and i'm christian. I'm scared i won't get into heaven if i believe anything he does. i really dont know what i'm doing or getting myself into. He's one of my closest friends but it's almost like he's threatening to not be my friend anymore if i dont believe what he does.

Hey! I'm a christian too. I believe that my faith is the one way to heaven. I'd try to talk about your different faiths. That way you may be able to tell him what you believe and why you believe it and defend your faith. I as a christian believe that we're supposed to try and witness to others, but sumtimes you just have to agreee to disagree, which may be what you have to do in order to keep your friendship. Over time it will hopefully get easier. Hope it helped!

Hey! I'm not big on confrontations either lol...I try to stick w/ questions revolving arround the reason you met, for instance where you are. Maybe if you're at school as what classes they have, or who their favorite prof is. Or if it's at an office ask what they're workin on today. Like i said, i'm not a big fan of makink small talk either, but i hope this'll help!

Hello. I am 14 years old, and have secretly been cutting for 3 years. I have never told anybody before, but I am wondering if I should. Would it be in my best interest to get help?

Hey! I DEFINATELY think you should seek help. I think cutting can be very addictive. If you don't get help you'll just be digging a deeper whole that you'll still need to get out of. I think it would be in your best interest to tell someone you CAN trust, maybe your parents! Hope I helped.

my cell phone was droped in the water and now i press a button and somethin else pops u like if i press menu it starts to dial a number if i press 3 it shows up the menu is amy where i can take it to fix it or should i jsut get a new 1 its a virgen moblie slider (link)

Hey! Most likely you could take it to your service provider (i.e. Cingular, verizon, etc...) and they MIGHT be able to fix it but probably for a fee. If you just wanted to try to fix it yourself, you can try to take it apart and get to where the keypad touches the circuit board. Get a tissue and put a lil rubbing alchol on it then just clean the surface where the keypad touches the circuit board. This may help if the water got dirt stuck between there. If that doesn't work then my guess is it's fried :( Then, you'd just be better off gettin a new one! Hope it helps!

I sprang my ankle today...the pain is worse now then it was when it first happened....what are some things i can do to make the pain go down..i took some painkillers and put ice on it...and i have one of those wrap things to wear to school tomorrow but what can i do to make the pain go down...because even with the pain killers it still hurts very bad...

Hey! My doc told me to RICE when i spanged mine. R-rest it I-Ice it regularly C-Compression sounds like the wrap will take care of that and E-elevation try to keep it elevated...maybe sit in a recliner chair or sumthing like that! Hope it helps and hope you feel better!

Hey! I don't know a whole lot, but i'm pretty sure the spleen is kinda like the gull bladder in the sense that it can be removed (if worst came to worst) and he'd still be able to function normally. The lungs would probably be more serious, but I don't think it is all that life-threatening especially if he's being watched by a doctor. I hope he gets well soon...i'll be praying!

Okay, I'm just a bit curious. Everybody thinks cutting is so freakishly horrible and everything. Well in all honesty, I don't see the harm in it unless you're making cuts deep enough for stitches or something. Otherwise, you may have a mark or a scar - but no real damage done..? When I get extremely upset - it usually helps calm me down, in a BIG way. What is all the hype about..? (link)

I don't think it's always about what it does physically (altho that can be extremely serious) but i think it has a lot to do with your state of mind when you do it...I think it's a very serious thing that requires help from a counselor!

Hey! you can buy special blister pads, but i find that neosporin and a bandaid are just as good if not better and more cost efficient...hope you feel better soon...those hurt like cray-z!

hmm....well i think it's a good sign that you can talk about it, but you still havta talk about what would happen if you got pregnant and if you are both ready for that. I personally believe in waitin till your married to have sex, but I know it's hard to do that. If you're sure you want to have sex, it sounds to me like Joe would be a much better person to have it with, other than your bf's who you couldn't talk to about it. Hope it helped :\
