I am not sure this is the right category for this but I figured its all pretty much the same thing. Ok here is the deal. I feel so large. I have a big butt and my stomache seems to be getting bigger. I don't have like fat fat but i just feel so big compared to all my friends who have extremely small waists. I'm about 5"3 and range 110-113 pounds i believe but who knows? I might even weigh 120. Anyways I feel really big and I need some major diet help. I need exercise tips that will help me. My goal is to lose like 10 pounds. I am not anorexic but tis time to find something to do. I will rate high for good answers.

For exercising do crunches everynight, run every morning and do pushups(they also help your stomach) then in about a month if you keep doing that you will look fine in no time!

ok so im going to be going to the nintendo fusion tour in a week and i need to know some things. what are some good types of clothes to wear? how dangerous is crowd surfing? whats the best way to get to the front? and how dangerous are raves? (link)

Just be lucky you get to go on that tour! wear nintendo stuff and fall out boy. Crowd surfing is perfectly fine if you like perverts touching your butts. OH raves arn't that bad you can get punched in the eye and go blind or get into a really bad fight but thats all

Ok well i've been really bored lately and i just got of restriction that lasted for ever and i just wanta do something fun with all my friends guys and girls. So i was thinking about throwing a party but like i need a theme and some good ideas like what to do so it wouldnt be so lame and just something we could do from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm that would be fun and wouldnt get lame and stuff like that and that we could all have fun doin if this helps i have a nice pool in the backyard but its too cold to swim i also have a trampoline and i would want about 25 people at the most so give any good ideas and ill rate u a 5

Ok this is what you do you have a hawiian party cuz you can wear cute hulla skirts and guys can wear there hot swimsuits and no shirt! well there is ur good advice
