hey lauren! um, ok. i have a lil problem...um. i used 2 like this one guy (i will just call him 1, lol) and we went out for a week or something but we broke up cuz i still had really strong feelings for this other guy(i will just call him 2). and now i think i still kinda like 1 but i think i still like 2 also. but 1 is kinda shy and i like guys who are really outgoing and i never really get to talk to him or see him or anything so what do you think I should do? You cant juggle to guys at once it leaves a big mess, you need to follow your heart and go with the guy that you can see yourself spending the rest of your life with. Sense you already dated one maybe you should give 2 a chance, but try and look into the future. Trust me if you juggle guy it will leave you and the guys hurt! I juggled Thomas,Brandon,Tanner, and Nick all at the same time it left me with confused feeling and also it kept me up all night! Well, I hope I helped!

I cant decide between staying in dance (which ive been in for 11 years) ONLY, or doing sports. If I do sports I'd be doing water polo, swimming, track, and maybe the dance team at my school. mi friend had this guy 4 like 7 months, and then he goes and MAKES OUT wit 2 gurls in 1 night and cheats on her! she finally breaks up wit him and he almost hit her, and said he was gon commit suicide! it was terrible, and now he keeps asking 4 her back, and she doesnt wanna get hurt again at all! nobody even wants to talk 2 him anymore, but how does she brush him off? I recently found a poem at my school of some girl who wanted to do suicide. I didnt know what to do so i did nothing and i regret it som much- knowing i could have, just maybe done something to prevent ther suicidal and then in my schools avice column i read some girl talk about how her friend cuts herself and how she used to but stopped. Whenever i read about suicide, i feel guilty in thought she killed herself. How can i feel better? (link)

Thats a FINE weight you dont need to gain anything ....but if you do work out remember muscles weigh more then fat so you can keep your figure and weight what you want too!

Are tampons supposed to hurt? because i hate wearing pads, but tampons hurt sooo bad that i cant even walk some of the time and im a very heavy bleeder so i can wear the small tampons. also does your eating habits have to do with how heavy you bleed? like if i eat healthy food and fruit and stuff will it make me bleed lighter? No tampons are not supposed to hurt...and if you can't walk in them maybe you need to stop wearing them. I mean Heavy bleeding is just something you get and I really don't think healthy food would make your bleeding lighter..But it might help cramps a little...you never know so try it.
