Well, that really is a problem...i do have a dog, and i trained her by every time she peed in the house, i'd take her outside and show her where she should "tinkle" as u put it. in a few weeks, she got the idea, and now waits by the door when she hasta tinkle. but if it doesnt work, u could always knife ur dog.
