I have a major problem with giving speeches in front of the class. This week I am the only one left to do my speech, but I don't thick I can. I start to shake, and I can't talk right. I've tried looking over people's heads but it doesnt work. What can I do to get rid of this fear? (link)

just think no one is there..... i had the same problem like a year ago but now im fine trust me just think no one is there then if u mess up just be like w.e or laugh about it theres nathing to be embarrest of..........
