I'm naturally very fair skinned and don't really tan. If I'm out in the sun long, enough my shoulders and back will burn (like a lot of people). So I figure it's probably pretty pointless for me to try using a tanning bed, because I know they say "if you don't tan in the sun, you won't tan in here." But I've never really tried to get tan. Like, it doesn't happen easily, so I've never really tried that hard, or laid out for very long. So maybe if i was in the beds where it is so concentrated and stuff, I'd actually be able to get a little color? Is it easier in the concentrated beds than it is normally? I'm from Michigan, so that's part of why I don't get to try than much.
You need to start with a base tan lotion for your skin tone. Go tanning 3-4 days for 8-12 minutes.
At first you might not like the results.. but you need gradual steps. After about 10 -12 days.. start using a regular tanning lotion for your skin tone..
If you ask the staff at the tanning salon you go to they will help you.
How do I stop cutting myself. People say to hold ice but that doesn't work. I see a srink but nothing seems to be working. I just want to stop feeling so worthless. I want to feel good in my on skin... with out hurting myself. But it seems like that is the only way. What now???
when you start to think about cutting yourself .. get up and start doing something else. even if it means you have to go for a walk.
Start a hobby ... join a club

sounds to me that guy has talked about you to his gf and now she has become a bit insecure with you around.
If I were you I would still be friends with him. And if she confronts you again I would say that until he tells you the friendship is over you will not go away.
Let her know that u have been friends with him longer then she has known him.
I would also let him know what she said to you and see what he says ...

Every girl is different.. some don't bleed at all. Some cramp up a bit with little spotting.
Your first time is not going to be very pleasant. It will probably hurt (unless his package is really small LOL)

This is long, so please bear with me.
I've been having some issues with my future brother-in-law (I'll call him J). He and my fiancee (I'll call him S) are twins, and had a closer relationship than most brothers. S has been fine about putting me first, but J views me as an intrusion on their relationship. No matter how many times S or I try to put J in his place (i.e. me BEFORE J), he just doesn't get the idea. He still sees it as him and his brother against the world.
S and I recently had a small tiff in the car while J was present. It was little, and we resolved it later on. A couple of days later, S and I found out that J had been telling everybody in his family (I mean everyone from siblings to parents to grandparents) that I was mistreating S. Now, everyone in their family thinks I'm nasty and not good enough for S. They've been discussing me and our relationship behind our backs. Basically, the entire family avoids real confrontation, so they won't say anything to our faces, but they love to gossip.
I've been invited to dinner at their house for Family Day next Monday (a holiday in ON), and I really don't want to go. The whole family made me feel entirely unwelcome for weeks, and have not apologized to myself or S.
Should I go and deal with the judgmental in-laws, or hold back for a while? How should I deal with this? And how do I get J to stop being so childish?

Yes you should totally go. I wouldnt necessarily kiss butt. But you can't let J let them actually believe it's true .. this is your chance to show them that you r not mistreating ..
Before going though you should have a little talk with your fiance and let him know that you need him to be on your side.
I wouldn't over do it. But be kind and polite and be yourself. Have a good time with your fiance and his family.
In the end, his family will think J is wrong.

definatly start putting a tanning lotion designed for your facial tone onto your face before tanning.
I also hope you have been using a tanning lotion on your body.
Perhaps ask a worker at the tanning salon for their opinion on the best tanning lotion for you

so i had sex last night and we only realised this morning that one of the condoms we used had broken at the end.. So we decided to get the morning after pill.. I'm just really worried! This has never happened to me and so i'm totally lost! What do i do? And like what are the side effects of this pill? If any.. Will it affect my body physically, like i'd get wider hips and look a little fatter? Please help me asap. I'm freaking out!! :(
You must take the morning after pill within 72 hours (the earlier the better) of having intercourse.
Some people have experienced some mild side effects. But it goes away. No you will not have larger hips or look fatter.
If you are already pregnant (beyond the 72hrs) there is no evidence that the morning after pill will not harm you or the fetus.
Is soy milk okay for adult cats? If so why?
soy milk should not replace water.
But as a small treat it should not be a problem.
