I want to have attractive friends. Not all of them but.. I just do. What's with me? I want to have good looking friends that I can go out and have fun with. Friends that I can attract guys with, go shopping with, and take photos with. I don't know if I need some sense talked into me or if this is fine. I'm self confident and not afraid to be seen with the friends I have now but I'd just like a change. Please help. :) (link)

I haven't read what other people have posted, so I'm sorry if any of this has already been said!
It's COMPLETELY NORMAL for people to want attractive friends! It's usually because you want to be noticed, and it's so easy to attract attention when you have awesome friends! I know that when I see a group of pretty girls, I'll classify them in my mind as popular, and probably on the rich side, and they most likely have really great lives!! And since you're confident, I'm sure that you wouldn't have trouble making friends with 'attractive' people!
It may seem really important (if you can't tell, it was important to me for a while) I realized that you can have just as much fun (if not more!) with the friends you have now!

Okay, sounds awkward but guys have told me that they think it's really hot when girls shave down there.
As everyone else has said, though, it's all about whats comfortable. Don't like the results? You don't have to do it.

Okay well i'm in 8th grade and i really like these two guys but they're really popular, so i rarely ever talk to them. Sure i've texted oen, though he has no clue who i am, but during school hours i am very shy towards guys "higher in the food chain"
Anyway, what i want to know is how to be friends with them with out seeming like a total nervous wreck.

Middle School/Junior High is all about getting to know people! If any of your friends know/talk to either of these boys, you should ask him/her to introduce you! I know that it's hard to branch out, especially if you're shy, so why not get a confident friend to help out? (Seeing a pattern? Haha Friends are great for stuff like this!) I know last year (I'm a freshman) I would make my best friends talk to the guys I liked to see if they were interested. If asking for help doesn't sound like something you can do, or if none of your friends are up for it, keep texting that one guy and start showing interest in the kinds of things he does (Football, Basketball... Chess Club? haha) He'll notice that you're really attentive and you're not self-centered, probably like most of his ex-girlfriends or friends that are girls. Once you get more comfortable texting him, try a real face-to-face conversation! It may seem scary, but you never know... it could be worth it to take a chance!! Hope I helped!
