What are some good, quick, easy ways to gain self confidence and self esteem? And to be able to be more outgoing?

I would join a club or do after skool activites that u enjoy with your friends. I would also stay positive about everything, and not be so hard on yourself, YOU HAVE LOTS OF TALENTS HUNN! ;)

My house smells really bad.. like dogs. How do i get the smell to go away? I've tried air fresheners like NeutraAir and Febreeze and Oust but none of them seem to work. Is there an INEXPENSIVE way to get my house clean- and fresh-smelling? I'll rate 5's for everyone who tries 2 answer!
