I say that you should gradually move away from her. If she wants to do something say your mom won't let you. If she doesn't believe you then ask your mom while you're on the phone, while shaking your head no, so your mom knows to say no. That way she'll think your actually telling the truth. Keep drifting apart until there's hardly anything there at all. Then she shouldn't bother you as much or even at all.

You might want to give him a day or two to cool down, but after that it would be a good idea to call or even drop by his house or something to talk things over.

It's perfectly normal to still have some feelings for an ex. But who broke up with who? If you broke up with him, then obviously you had your reasons and you should stick with your b/f. If he broke up with you, what's to stop him from doing it again. Either way you look at it, it prolly won't be a good idea to get back together with him. It would be better to just stay friends.

It's perfectly normal to react this way after going through something as traumatizing as a car crash. You'll get over it but it just takes time to conquer that "fear". It's different for different people. Some it takes them a few days while others it may take years. If you get too worried about it then you can talk to a doctor or therapist.
