You can't exactly "teach" him... that'd be weird to stick out your tongue in the air for him to see. lol. Just start off with telling him not to do anything at all and tell him to let you do everything. That'll let him see how you do it and how you like it's done. 1. Stay up for a whole 24 hours if you can. If you can't, I'd try to stay awake for as long as you can, taking a quick nap, and waking up. After a day of no sleep, you'll be awfully tired. Wait until the time you'd like to go to sleep (Like 10 PM or something) and then sleep. You'll sleep like a log and you'll be back on track!

2. Maybe you can't sleep earlier because you're on the computer. When I'm on the computer, I can be on for hours and not feel at all sleepy. You should probably limit yourself from the computer.

3. If you're laying in bed and you can't sleep, maybe it's because you have too much on your mind. If that's the case, take a notepad, and write your thoughts down. Clear your head. In the morning you can go back to those ideas later.

4. Listening to classical or boring music might help. Or you can try any music, actually. Whatever works for you.

Well, if you like the older guy, stop going out with your current boyfriend NOW. Don't be unfair to your boyfriend. Even if you're not sure if the older guy would work out, you need to take risks rather than be a wimp and use your boyfriend as a "back up boyfriend". So just break up with him, gently, as soon as possible. The sooner the less he will be hurt. Do the right thing.

Think about it. Are you sure the older guy really likes you in that way? Make sure he doesn't want to use you. Make it clear to him he has to respect your decisions. Shaving does make your hair thicker and sometimes it can leave your legs looking nasty. My best advice to you would be to use waxing. A little more effort and money, but at least you won't have to do it again until a few weeks!

You probably know this, but a REALLY jealous boyfriend isn't exactly good boyfriend material. Everyone's human and it's normal to be jealous, but when someone takes it too far and makes it more dramatic than it should be, it becomes a problem. Although his jealousy may mean he loves you, it may also mean he does not TRUST you. And trust is just about everything in a relationship. Without it, you guys wouldn't even be together.

Another thing you should be concerned about is, he definitely keeps grudges. If he gets mad at you for saying you thought it would have been different when you first had sex, that's not very understanding is it? If you want a future with your boyfriend, you need to sit down with him and TALK. You have to explain to him what he is doing to you.
