ok, well my friend got raped by her dad and is abused. I dont know if he does it alot, or if he did it just once, but still, my friend is in deep shit if she dosent tell anyone. Fortunatly she told me cause we're really close, but she didnt tell the social worker *she was adopted* cause she said she dosent want her world to turn upside down and change. PLEASE, tell someone! I know it's really hard to break a promise, but like you said, you were half asleep. Now wake up and do the right thing. This is very serious. She doesn't realize how dangerous and serious and emotionally damaging it will get if she let's it keep continuing. Of course she'll be mad at you, but I think deep down inside she will be relieved.

Think of it this way, wouldn't you rather have your friend be mad at you forever and safe than have her like you and be raped and abused by her father? Which would you prefer? So even if she was mad at you forever, it's still the right thing to do. Tell him if he's going to continue dating you, he had better keep his eyes off of other girls. If he likes other girls so much, he isn't giving you enough attention and you shouldn't bother dating the guy. Not only is he looking at other girls, he's being really rude about it. Tell him you don't appreciate him saying things like that about other girls. Don't feel bad about being mad at him, who wouldn't be? So just talk to him and get some sense into his head. If his girlfriend is one of your good friends, you would NEVER EVER even CONSIDER tring to make a move on her man. It is definitely wrong and I am sure you know it. If they ever break up, it would be okay for you to make moves on him. But while they are still officially a couple, dont' even think about it. If you have not had sex you are NOT pregnant, so at least you can rest your mind at that. However, you're right. Having your period three months ago is definitely not regular. There must be something going on with your body. Maybe you're not eating right. I know that if you're stressed and/or don't eat right or enough food you delay your period. Don't worry about it. It won't leak through anyway because when you first start, it isn't heavy. It only starts getting heavy after you're regular and by then you should know when your period is. Even if it leaks through your underwear, I guarantee at the most it will only leak to the inside of your pants. It won't go through the outside. That reminds me, don't wear a skirt, lol.

If you think you'll be getting your period soon, just wear a panty liner. They're thin and you'll get used to them. Otherwise, you'll know when you have your period because you'll probably feel cramps and it might feel damp in your underwear. When that happens, it's a definite sign to have a trip to the bathroom. And if it turns out you do have your period and you don't have tampons or pads, just roll up some toilet paper around your underwear until you can get some "proper essentials" lol.

But I would bring a beach bag and put things like a towel or two (Extra one is for lying down on), extra clothes in case you change back, umbrella, chairs, sunblock, water bottle, snacks, sunglasses, things to do in case you get bored (like music/books), and wear your bathing suit/sandals. If you don't want to change until you get there, I suggest putting your bathing suit under your clothes and just simply take off your clothes on top and stick them in your bag. Have fun!

Don't just brush your teeth and floss...be sure to brush your tongue and use a tongue scraper. Your tongue is probably where most of the bad breath is coming from. You can also use mouth wash. You could use mouth sprays, but I doubt you want to carry them around lol. Just carry around gum and mints. Gum keeps your mouth fresh and so do mints, except mints dissolve quickly. You might also have bad breath because you aren't eating and drinking water. If you've never noticed, if you don't eat or drink anything all day your breath starts to stink. And if it's really bad and nothing helps, you can see the doctor. It could be a natural thing. The doctor will give you pill for it or something. Hope you have no more breath problems!

I hate it when I see these questions asking about their boyfriends cheating with their bestfriends. It shows how much you can trust anyone these days.

Are you sure it's not your friend's fault? How can your boyfriend makeout with her if she didn't makeout with him? It takes two to makeout. She could have refused him. Or do you mean, your bestfriend doesn't know about your relationship with the guy? If that's the case, it's going to get very complicated, but at least you know your bestfriend wasn't trying to make this happen.

You need to sit down with both of them at the same time. Tell your boyfriend exactly how you feel. Depending on your bestfriend's role in this (Whether she knew about you dating him too or not), tell her how you feel. And the bottom line is, break up with your boyfriend if you haven't already. A sweet gesture would be to send him letters. They're definitely not as good as seeing him in person, but at least they give him a nice feeling and seeing your writing is nice.

Other things you probably know are to stay true and honest to him. Don't cheat on him and don't flirt with other guys. If you can't handle him being far away, it's time to face the truth and break up with him. And that's okay, because breaking up is better than finding out someone cheated on the other.
