Don't feel alone on this, I'm sure many people are going through the same thing. I have these bumps as well on the back of my upper arms and on the back of my lower legs. I've had them my whole life as well. They don't sound so bad, but they really have affected my life (I never went out with out a jacket and I always wore pants). It's defnitely not allergies.

We asked my doctor about my skin, and he told us years ago that it would go away eventually and that it was just because of dry skin. Well, it's been years and it hasn't gone away.

I've tried lotion and exfoliaters too. They worked...but they only helped a little.

Right now I still have these bumps, but they're slowly disappearing and it's starting to work! What I've been doing is when I take I shower I do NOT use soap on the problem areas. I also use the Proactiv Renewing Cleanser on the problem areas. After my shower I use Vitamin E creme.

It's been working for me; maybe it'll work for you! I know the no soap thing may seem nasty or something, but just give it a chance. Soap is what dries out your skin, which is causing the bumps. I think the only way you'll ever know if he likes you "that way" or not, is if you ask him. I know, that sounds too easy but too hard to actually do. It's the only way to find out for sure though. You can ask him how he feels about you or even go for it and ask him out.
