I'm a sixteen year old female guitarist. I enjoy playing acoustic guitar most. I play a lot, but my bar chords don't really ring and have a lot of dead strings, especially in the first few frets. I think this is because I don't have a lot of hand strength. Are there any exercises suited to small hands that will both help me with finger strength and not give me any more calluses and "man-hands" than I have?
Try purchasing handgrips from walmart or target. They are like a stress manuver but hard to open and close which will put your hand muscles to work. Any other squeeze stress tool will help you benefit as well.

I'm able to orgasm by myself...but I can't with another guy. I've never been able to with somebody else.
Even the guy I've been with for two years, I will tell him exactly what I like, and how to go about doing it.. and then I just can't reach an orgasm. Usually I have to reach my climax by myself then have him finish it off, but I've never been able to reach a climax with somebody else.

i got a red palm centro today and can't find where to set an alarm.. like for everyday for the week. i can find where to "add events" to my calendar but i don't want to have to do that for every day. and i also can't find a "silence all" setting. to put vibrate on for certain events like messages or calls it only says "always" "never" or "when sound is off" but if i want sound off for silence.. i don't want anything.. what can i do?

For putting all on vibrate, there is a button at the top of your , look down on it like a birds eye view and you will see a button, move it to the other side and everything will vibrate!
Go to your Calendar, Hit New, enter all the times and info then when your done it okay, and when it closes out hit details at the bottom while that date is selected, and you will see more options to your satifactory such as under "Repeat"

What’s not normal

it is thick and white, like cottage cheese
it is greenish and smells foul
there is blood in it (except when you have a period)
it is itchy

What type of discharge is considered natural?? Or normal?? Because I hae some discharge that is like yellow-ish and not so watery, kinda thick-ish liquid. I don't know if that is normal, please help me!!
If its thick and yellow its probably not normal, only the light clear a little bit gooey is normal

Yes you would, I would go with a straight perm because your stylist can curl or crimp your hair after. If your hair is not long then you may be looking at a curly perm short and cute. im talking like inch long hair :)

So,
my thighs are pretty athletic looking, and therefore are really muscley...but the thing is that it's bulky muscles that make my thighs look really fat. Is there any way to lengthen the muscles in my thighs so they look skinnier? It runs through my family that we don't have the skinniest thighs, but is there a way for me to reverse that, like, can I make my thighs relatively lean?
My number one problem is that the front of my thighs is like a bump of muscle, so they look really big from the side, any way to get rid of/ lengthen the muscle there??

Try wall sits. its where you lean against a wall and form a 90 degree anges with your calfs and upper thighs. you will feel the burn and it will make a change in your thighs relativly quick

Over your junior high years your going to change alot. Become a butterfly out of the cacoon. Go for a run and tone up a bit, or join a sport. Knowing your size you probably have some pretty big boobs girl, so flaunt them. Guys at my school acctualy go for people your size more often then a Cassie like girl because you have nice assests. Try wearing a thong too, you probably have a cute butt. Flaunt whatt you have, dont try and get rid of it!

Make yourself confterble around him, you need to loosen up and find the right position. Let him go 90% and you follow 10% ( he leans in 90 percent and then you just go 10 percent ) Cause he honestly wants to kiss you, and if hes in love with you, you should be happy and want him to show it.
