my crush MICHAEL... he is totally confusing me on whether he likes me or not. so today i gave him a note.. telling him i like him. anyway i have not gotten a message or anything from him. i'm figuring he doesn't like or he's just shy. he has flirted with me in every possible way..

1. taps me everytime i'm around to get my attention
2. laughs nervously..
3. writes flirtiously in text messages..
4. i asked him to the semi and he said he would "love" to go with me...

i don't know what to do now... i'm excited and yet nervous.. any suggestions? i don't BOYSS IN GENERAL!

my guess is that "Michael" is having a hard time telling you how he really feels. He probly DOES like you, but doesn`t know how to tell you. Since you`ve already taken care of that part by telling him YOU like him ; now he`s probably unsure of what to say back.

yes limewire is illegal ; because it IS downloading what should cost money... for free. I know a ton of people who use it && have never got caught ; but all of them are finding out they have bad computer viruses. !!

Ok so there is this guy... and I like REALLY REALLY like him. The problem is my bff likes him too. He flirts with me all the time and stuff and I have a class with him where shes not in it and we flirt there too. But then today for the first time ever he was flirting with both of us. But I really like him more than I have ever liked anyone. I dont know if he likes me or not but im pretty sure he doesnt like her.

Before you decide to tell this guy you like him ;; try talking to your bff first. she may take it a little hard & she may even get a little upset - but you need to be upfront with her instead of going behind her back like that. If this guy is flirting with you, then i assume if he doesn`t like you ; he`s atleast got interest in you. :)

If your bff is ohk with you telling him ; i say go for it! But if your bff takes it hard and gets really upset; think first before you tell him; is your bff or your crush more important? :)!!

my friend was talking to the guy i like and she brought me up. she ended up asking him if he liked me and he said only as a friend. she texted me later and told me and now i feel sick. we have block scheduling and i see him first thing tomorrow. i dont know what to do. im not mad at her for asking him and im not mad at him for not liking me, im mad at myself for thinking that he would ever like me. he doesnt necessarily know i like him but it isnt that hard to put 2 and 2 together. what do i do? i dont want to ignore him but im afraid if we keep talking ill end up liking him still and what if he stops talking to me in our class? that would suck, i dont want him to feel awkward! thanks!

just because he SAYS he doesn`t like you more than a friend ; doesn`t mean that`s true. For one ; it was your friend talking to him - so he may have felt uncomfortable telling her because he thought she might tell you. Two, he may have an interest in you, but doesn`t know for sure yet. && if that`s the case ; make sure you continue to talk to him! He`ll want to know that even HE may have a chance with YOU. don`t underestimate yourself. :)

But three, if he actually does NOT like you more than a friend; don`t sweat it. I know right now it feels like you`ve been let down ; but don`t worry about it. It seems like it`s just a crush. crushes come and go. I`m sure if he`s not that in to you, you`ll find a new guy who will be lucky to have liked you. :)!!

1 .a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.
2. a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.

straight from the book. If you think you`re in love you have to know deep down in side of somewhere that you really feel a connection with the other person. If you just think they`re hott, or a good kisser or something like that -- that isn`t love. It`s very unlikely that at this age you have found it.. but i won`t say it`s impossible. :)


If it`s YOU who thinks is in love ; try looking for more signs about how you feel about the other person. :)!!

ok, so i just started going out with this guy, and i like him sooo much! i thought that he likes me cuz well he asked me out and he was really happy since i said yes... but we only have 2 calsses together, and he like never talks to me, so... i don't know if he likes me still or??? i was seriously thinking about breaking up with him, but my friend talked me out of it because she knows how stupid that would be because i like him sooo much.. i guess that he might be just as nervous as i am to come over and talk to me, cuz im kinda shy myself, but i was just wondering what are some good conversation starters that i could say to him?? wel have only been going out for like 4 days though...

first of all , it`s good that your bff wants to help ; but she way need to back off a little. If it`s YOUR boyfriends then YOU need to be the one talking to him. He may be not talking very much because he thinks maybe you don`t want to talk because your friend does so much of it for you.


If you want to have a healthy and strong relationship with this guy; you have to talk to him. To start off a conversation why don`t you ask him what his plans are for the weekend, tell him you guys should hang out soon, or if he`s on a sports team ; you could ask him when he's playing & tell him you`ll come see sometime. :) he`ll respect you later on for being the more courageous person by talking first.

You can`t have a relationship with out communication. :)!!

i just recently started tanning in a bed and do u know what the difference is between a lay down and stand up bed? and when they offer the lotion what good does the lotion they offer at the tanning salon do anyways?

I should be abel to help you out with this. [my mom owns a tannign salon] Now the difference between a lay down & stand up is in a lay down the bulbs are mostly projected on the arms, face, stomach, and legs. in a stand up, the underarms, and feet will be tanned as well. mostly the only difference is that a lay down is for napping. And for the lotion - omg. you MUST wear it. Have you ever heard of melanoma? [skin cancer?] well, 1/2 of these cases have to do with people not using lotion or using oils. To further your tan you need to use it! I recommend using a bronzer because it will make you brown easilier except the only problem is that it will go away in about a week. if you use an accelerator then it will give you a nice tan over an extended time period. i hope that helped. but don`t go tanning without lotion anymore!!!!

Your situation is very common. Often people feel as if everything and everyone surrounding them is like a prop... you can`t actually do anything. To fix this, you honestly need some alone time with yourself; to vent and to think about your life. You need to draw your friends closer to you, and tell them how you`re feeling. Most likely, you won`t make it through your "depression phase" until you`ve told someone. I always say "Talk with people; if it`s bottled up - your hill gets steeper, and it`s harder to get over your problem." To some people that`s a ramble, but to others; they totally get it. You - i hope you`re one who gets it. =) I really hope this helps you. Nobody deserves to feel alone, when they`re not. ♥

ok i have verizon wireless.
with the txt and picture plan where i have unlimited to verizon users and 500 to outers. its 10 dollars a month.

i was wondering.... what about aim on my phone??
i went on it and it said reminder: if you send to many ims on aol, save now and get the txt plan.
so does that mean i can use aim on my fone without being charged extra???
because theres this guy i talk to online.. and im not supposed to talk to guys.. so my parents check my computer... so if i go on my fone.. tehy cant see it. so i was wonderin if it did???

I have verizon too, and i use the AIM. the msgs, are like txts. & they can`t see on your computer what you`ve been saying, but they can check your phone and see.

My hair is naturally pin straight. I like my hair alot, but sometimes I want it to be wavy. Scrunching doesn't make my hair curly at all. I used all types of curling products and mouse and everything my hair dresser gave me and that didn't help much either. I put me hair in 2 tight braids and left them in over night and it gave a little wave but within an hour my hair was back to straight again. I tried 2 different expensive curling irons and my hair came out looking horrible. I'm not considering a perm I tried one 3 times and 1 was worse then the next. I really want curly hair!!!! How can I make my hair look nice and curly I tried products and stuff but if you have pin straight hair and used something that worked please tell me the name of it. Thank you!!!

Hey. Unfortunately, I don`t know how well i can help. I HAVE naturally CURLYYYYY hair. BUT, i have helped my friends make their hair curly, because they like mine so much.
Have you ever tried to use sponge curlers? You can wet your hair, put them in the sponge curlers, blow them dry & leave them in over night. I recommend trying this over a weekend, so that if you if you don`t like it, you can wash it out, before the week starts. -- =)

I can't stand my parents! I'm 15 and have only 3 years left of high school but I don't think I can wait that long. My parents continuously call me nicknames I've explained to them I don't like being called, and they never listen to me. They always say I do things that I don't and I'm always the first one blamed for everything, regardless of the situation. They do not support any of the things I want to do- particularly with music and sports- but I love doing what I do and I'm actually good at it. My twin sister is never treated like I am- they act like she's the Perfect Child. Plus, my dad has a serious anger problem and my mom is an in-denial alcoholic, so they always over react to the littlest things lots of the time. I feel like I may end up hurting or even killing myself because of them because they're the reason I used to cut! Though I've gotten a lot better with my best friend's help the problem started with my parents and it's because of them I may start again. Please help me.

DO NOT cut yourself. I may not understand the situation you are in, but i know that hurting yourself isn`t going to help. There may be 3 years of school left, but you really need to pull through. Start in a year or 2, and find colleges out of state. once you`re done with high school, you can move away and start a new life. A clean slate. =) don`t give up on yourself. don`t give up on your parents either. just mae it through high school, & you`ll see how much better things can & will be, if you try.

i have verizon & the 500 a mo. too. =) It doesn`t go unlimited to all, but i believe it goes up to either 1500 or 2500. but it`ll cost $25.

Is there any way to make your nose look smaller, like with makeup or something?

i have a large nose also. I just use foundation or powder that matches my skin around the edges. It makes it look more narrow & less wide.
