Meeting People
I just moved and I am going to a new school and I don't know anyone. I live in a neigborhood called Lake Park and i would like to meet someone before school starts back. Can someone give me advice on meeting new people?

the way I make friends is get to know them first then ask for their name...lol.I know it should be backwards.but this has always worked for me.like if you see them talking or jumping rope or something just come up to them and say hi and can I hang out with you.then later on you can say by the way my name is ... wats yours?or vise versa.hope I helped...

TALK TO THEM! hahah..thats the thing you can do and its best for meeting new people! just go up to them and you can say "hi, im " " i just moved in the neighborhood" hope i helped some! :]

Not to sound cocky, but all you need to do is be yourself. When you go to school just be friendly to people and introduce yourself. Join after school activities and you will meet new friends there. Don't try to be someone you're not because people will notice that. Don't try to fit in and just have fun.
