anyone got any good pranks to pull on people?

It depends on how much pain, turmoil, and agony you wish to inflict on these people. Lets see...Icy-hot on deodorant, Tobasco on the toothbrush...sticking plastic forks way down in their yards; if you try to pull them up then the handles break off, and if you run the lawnmower over it then it will tear up your lawnmower. Theres always toilet paper...write stuff with a pressure washer on their driveway if it is grimy, but nothing intimidating. Wash one half of someone's car (without them knowing, of course).
You could "misplace" garbage cans or scatter their trash all over their yard, thinking wild animals did it. Password protect their computers so that only you know how to get in to Windows.
